We resume our walk leaving behind the two small localities where we may have spent the night. From Graben we take the A22 and in 3.2 km we arrive at Untermeitingen. Whereas from Prittricing we return through the fields on the bank of the Lech and continue walking upriver, we shall soon notice the work of beavers; 2 km on we shall see a dam, 3.5 km more, and we come across a pleasant refreshments place and a second dam. Resuming our walk we shall go through a wooded plateau and the river entrenched between significant banks, but no difficulties and along a shady footpath. Crossing another weir we come closer to the town of Kaufering which we will reach in about 7 km. We enter the town along the Auenweg, at the road junction we shall go left on the Bruchening, but first we may wish to take a break by a beautiful fountain.    After some refreshments we shall take to the left of the fountain along the Bruckening and continue along the Leonhadistrasse; we underpass the railway line, we turn left (or straight on in case we wish to visit the church of St Leonhard), then right and carry on, still along the river, or more or less close to it for about 3,5 km, up to the underpass of road 96; continuing for a little while longer in the middle of greenery we arrive on the Sandauer Strasse: we turn left and sharp to the right in Vorderer Anger, then Ludwig Strasse and we shall be in the centre of Landsberg.

After Untermeitingen we cross Obermeitingen and go on to Urlach, then in 5 km we arrive at Igling. We cross the little town, along the Unteriglinger strasse, and the Landsberger strasse which takes to the railway underpass, we advance for 1 km and upon arriving at a woodland, we turn left and talk around the edge of the wood, we cross the 17, walk for 2,4 km; at a roundabout we carry on over the motorway 96. We are now entering in Landsberg: on the left is the industrial quarter, then come the residential quarters, and we arrive at the Augsburgerstrasse, we turn right and then left, continuing for 600 m and we are back on the river Lech. We cross the river, we go on for 200 m, turn right, 400 m more and we reach the town centre.
