CATALOG OF RELIGIOUS ROUTES

The Via Romea Germanica has entered the Catalog of Religious Routes, established by the Ministry of Tourism with the Decree of 06/12/2022. It is an excellent result because it will allow us to develop and increase our project, which from Stade in Germany, passing through the Brenner Pass, will bring many pilgrims to the Throne of St.Peter, in view of the Jubilee of 2025. Funding is also envisaged for this project, in which the Municipalities (especially our Members) and the Association itself will be able to participate. The points of reference on the VRG are many: from the small churches of Alto Adige, to the Abbey of Novacella, the Sanctuary of Padua, La Verna, the cathedral of Orvieto and all the way down to Rome.
