EMILIA-ROMAGNA REGION – ENHANCEMENT OF THE VIA ROMEA GERMANICA

The Emilia-Romagna Region, through its APT (Tourist Promotion Agency), promotes some walks, including the Via Romea Germanica on the stretch between the Po (Municipality of Ro) and Passo Serra (Municipality of Bagno di Romagna) for a stretch of 280 km approximately. A route that starts from the banks of the Po, crosses the Po Valley from Ferrara to Ravenna, meets the Comacchio Valleys, the banks of the Reno, Lamone, Ronco, the Reclamation areas, the Pinewoods of Ravenna, the first hills of the Apennine counterforts and then the Bidente-Ronco and Alto Savio valleys meeting the thermal areas of La Fratta and Bagno di Romagna, then climbing up to Passo Serra at 1,150 m asl to throw yourself into the Casentino and the Tuscan valleys of Arno and Chiana. An experienced RAI director, with his toupe, made film shooting from the ground and with drone on the most beautiful, significant and captivating aspects of the Emilia-Romagna stretch of the Via Romea. This is to supplement the documentation already provided previously. We thank the Region for this promotion which will be displayed in the coming months.
